Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. hamburger meat
    2 cans Hormel chili (without beans)
    1 small can tomato sauce
    onion, chopped fine (optional)
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Heat chili and tomato sauce together. Take tortilla and spoon meat in tortilla.
    Take chili sauce and spoon over meat.
    Put cheese on top and sprinkle with onions if desired.
    Roll up and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (that has small amount of sauce on bottom).
    Place toothpick in tortillas. Take leftover sauce and pour over enchiladas.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
