Dodge'S Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs or Quaker oats
    1 can cream soup (mushroom, celery or chicken; use 2 cans for extra gravy)
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 items.
    Form into balls (approximately 48). Brown meat balls in a large skillet.
    Drain grease.
    Stir together soup and water.
    Pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Freezes well.
