Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. oleo
2 eggs
4 c. plus 4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream both sugars, oil and oleo. Add dry ingredients and eggs; mix well.
Refrigerate or put in freezer a few minutes (this makes dough easier to work with). Roll dough into balls and flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Put a little of batter on bottom of glass so the sugar sticks to the bottom. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until edges are brown.
