Hot Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 c. ground beef, pork or sausage (1/2 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 tsp. crushed thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. coarsely grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Clean and stem mushrooms.
    Place round side down in shallow baking dish.
    Combine ingredients and mix well.
    Stuff mushrooms with mixture.
