Banana Bran Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 4 large)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. Raisin Bran cereal
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
In medium bowl, combine eggs, bananas, nuts, oil and vanilla.
Stir in cereal.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Stir to break up cereal.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add banana mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
