Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bunches green onions (scallions)
    6 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 lb. Roquefort or Blue cheese
    1 lb. smoky cheese (Hickory Farms)
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    1 pkg. walnuts
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Put onions, onion tops and cheeses through grinder (or cut up fine with a \"grater\").
    Mix well and shape into 3 or 4 balls. Roll in grated walnuts.
    Yields 3 to 4 balls.
