Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. applesauce
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine, sugar, egg and vanilla.
    Sift together the flour, cinnamon, cloves and allspice; add to above mixture.
    Add the chopped pecans.
    Combine and add last the applesauce and baking soda.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Store, covered, in refrigerator (will keep 2 to 3 weeks).
    Fill cupcake cups 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
