Peccinni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini
    2 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    1/2 c. pecans, broken
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Slice zucchini once lengthwise, then slice crosswise in 1/4-inch slices.
    Begin to saute zucchini.
    Add pecan pieces and soy sauce.
    Cook until softened.
    Recipe may be adjusted to your taste.
