Pecan Pie (No Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    11 single square graham crackers (not quite 1 c.)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. pecans, cut up
Preparation
    Beat eggs until stiff.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake 30 or 35 minutes at 325\u00b0 on top shell in buttered pie plate.
