Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen or can artichokes
    1 lb. can mushrooms or 2 small cans
    1 (6 oz.) can pitted olives, slice them
    bread crumbs
    dash of garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. grated cheese
    dash of parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
    oil
Preparation
    Arrange artichokes in center of baking dish (8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch).
    Then arrange mushrooms around the artichokes.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs, olives, garlic salt, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper over top and drizzle oil over the top of the whole mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Last 5 minutes of baking, remove the foil so that top can brown.
    If you use frozen artichokes, you cook them first according to the directions on the package.
