Bologna Gravy - cooking recipe

1 pkg. of bologna
flour
milk
salt
pepper
Preparation

Chop bologna into small pieces.
Fry bologna in oil till brown.
Turn heat down to medium, and add salt, pepper to taste. Add 3 to 4 tbsp. sifted flour and stir till flour browns slightly. Add milk to desired thickness.
To make sausage gravy, use 12 oz. or 1 lb. sausage, crumble, fry.
Drain and add flour and milk, simmer.
