Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. medium noodles
    3 oz. butter (3/4 stick)
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    4 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated (fresh, if possible)
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
    nutmeg
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Strain and set aside.
    Melt butter and add noodles.
    Add sour cream and stir a minute over low heat.
    Add cream and cook slowly for 5 minutes.
    Add cheese, sprinkling of nutmeg and 1 tablespoon chives.
    Continue stirring until cheese is melted.
    Sprinkle remaining chives on top before serving.
    Serves 4.
    Preparation time:
    15 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
