Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar mixed with 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Set aside. Cream shortening.
Add sugar.
Beat; add eggs and beat again. Add flour alternately with milk and vanilla.
Mix well until blended.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
Spoon half of batter into lightly greased 9 x 5-inch bread pan.
Sprinkle half of cinnamon mixture.
Pour remaining batter.
Sprinkle rest of cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
