Cold Tomato Soup(Gazpacho) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh tomatoes
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, cut into pieces
1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
6 Tbsp. red wine vinegar or more
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, chopped (add more if you like)
1 c. tomato juice
salt and pepper to taste
6 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Place all ingredients into a bowl of a food processor.
Blend until no large pieces remain.
Adjust seasonings according to taste by adding more salt and vinegar (if desired).
Chill overnight.
If desired, add garnish of finely chopped green pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and hard-boiled egg.
