Texas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. water
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine butter, water and cocoa in pan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Mix flour and sugar together.
    Pour cocoa mixture over flour and sugar. Mix well.
    Add the egg, vanilla and sour cream and mix well.
    Pour in greased 13 x 18-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Fifteen minutes before cake is done, prepare icing.
