Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled
2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water; stir in lemon juice and set aside to cool.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a small mixing bowl; cream until light.
Add cooled gelatin mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Beat milk in a large chilled mixing bowl until firm peaks form.
Stir in cheese mixture.
Spoon filling into two 9-inch graham cracker crusts.
Chill at least 3 hours.
