Baked Greek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless breasts
2 lemons (juice)
1 Tbsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
1 tsp. granulated garlic
Preparation

Wash chicken completely.
Mix all ingredients well.
Marinate chicken for 12 hours. After 6 hours, mix marinade and turn the breasts over.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place chicken in a metal pan (12 3/4 x 9 x 2 1/4-inches).
Pour remaining marinade in pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and turn chicken over.
Continue for 20 minutes or until done.
Serve with rice and broccoli or other vegetable.
