Ahi Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. ahi, cut in 1-inch cubes
    4 plum tomatoes, diced
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. basil, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oregano, chopped
    1 Tbsp. capers, drained and rinsed
Preparation
    Saute ahi in olive oil and onions for 2 to 3 minutes until fish is medium rare.
    Add tomatoes, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
    Add basil and oregano.
    Stir and serve over cooked pasta.
    Garnish with capers. Serves two.
