Ingredients

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Mix powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, almond extract and goes in a large bowl.
Stir in flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Lightly grease cookie sheet.
Roll dough 1/2-inch to 1/4-inch thick and cut as desired.
