Deep Dish Pizza Chicago Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot/sweet sausage, diced
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Heat sausages and 1/4 cup water to boil.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Continue to cook, turning sausage frequently until well browned (about 20 minutes).
    Drain sausage on paper towel.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix hot roll mix (and yeast) from package with oil and 1 1/2 cups hot water to form soft dough.
    Knead on lightly floured surface, 5 minutes.
    Pat dough onto bottom and halfway up sides of pan to make a stand-up edge.
    Cover.
    Let rise at room temperature, 15 minutes.
