Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    milk (approximately 1/2 c.)
    1 egg
    1 piece bread
    1 c. shredded cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash in water until soft; drain.
    Crumble bread.
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour in pan.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0; check in 15 minutes.
    Cook just until cheese is melted.
