Microwave Tapioca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 3/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten slightly
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in 2-quart microwave-safe bowl.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    (This is very important.)
    Cook on High until mixture comes to a full boil, 10 to 12 minutes.
