Jiffy Corn Fritters(Sweet) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/4 to 1/3 c. scalding hot milk
1 small egg
cooking oil
Preparation

Heat milk until scalding hot.
Add to Jiffy mix and mix well. Mixture should be stiff.
Allow to cool, then stir in 1 small egg. In a small amount of cooking oil, fry on both sides until golden brown.
