Bread Pudding #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread crumbs (soft)
    2 c. milk, scalded with 1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins (seedless)
Preparation
    Place in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish the bread crumbs.
    Blend in remaining ingredients.
    Place in baking dish in pan of hot water 1 inch deep.
    Bake until knife comes out clean.
    Serve warm with lemon sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
