Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter (soft)
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Beat sugar, eggs and salt until lemon colored.
Add the butter and flour and blend well.
Add milk; fold in 1 cup coconut.
Pour into shell and top with the rest of the coconut.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 60 minutes.
