Veal Cutlets Ala Marsala-Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal cutlets (very thin)
    1 lemon
    1/4 c. Marsala wine
    chopped parsley (fresh)
    flour, salt and pepper
    oil (to cook)
    chicken broth
Preparation
    This is a delicate dish.
    Bread cutlets with flour, then salt and pepper them.
    Brown in hot oil individually and remove.
    Place cutlets back in pan (do not crowd).
    Pour on Marsala wine and simmer for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth, sprinkle with chopped parsley and squeeze whole lemon on top. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer about 2 or 3 minutes.
    Keep warm in pan with cover.
