Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix together well the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and yeast.
    Mix in shortening.
    Add buttermilk and mix well.
    Turn out on lightly floured board.
    If needed, add more flour to make soft dough.
    Shape as desired.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    The dough may be stored in the refrigerator before baking.
    Dough does not have to rise before baking.
