Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour, sifted once, measured and sifted 3 times more
2 c. sugar, sifted once, measured and sifted 3 times more
1 1/2 c. egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put egg whites in bowl.
Throw salt over them.
Beat until foamy.
Sift in the cream of tartar.
Beat this until it will stand alone in bowl.
Sift in the sugar, a tablespoon at a time. Stir.
Sift in the flour.
Stir vanilla just enough to mix.
Angel food pan should be rinsed with cold water.
Put in cake pan.
Set oven at 325\u00b0.
Bake for 1 hour or a little longer if it needs browning more.
Invert pan on wire rack for 1 hour before removing cake from pan.
