Lemon Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. half and half
    1/2 c. soft butter
    4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
    Add half and half, butter, sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel, vanilla and salt.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Tint pale yellow with food coloring, blending well. Add more sugar or cream, if necessary, for good spreading consistency.
