Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 3/4 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 can evaporated milk
2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Stir into pumpkin.
Add sugar, salt and spices. Stir in milk gradually.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes longer or until center is set.
Makes 2 pies.
