Italian Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    2 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    8 to 10 lasagna strips (pasta)
Preparation
    Combine in a skillet and cook until brown the ground beef and olive oil.
    Drain off all grease.
    Add onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Simmer 1 hour.
    Cook lasagna strips by package directions and drain.
    Combine eggs and cottage cheese in a small bowl and mix well.
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Put lasagna together in layers.
