Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. ground raw carrots or 2 c. cooked carrots
    1 c. pineapple, crushed
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, adding carrots last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
