Curried Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini, diced coarsely
    2 yellow onions, peeled and sliced
    1/2 lb. fresh tomato (1 large or 2 medium)
    1 qt. chicken stock
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. curry
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onion in 3 tablespoons butter until soft. Add stock. Cook for 20 minutes. Slice unpeeled tomatoes and saute in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Add to other mixture and bring to a boil. Mix flour, water, curry and spices.
    Add to soup.
    Cook 6 minutes.
    Run through blender.
