Eggplant Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 (1 lb.) can tomato sauce
    Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 medium pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    oil (any kind)
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Skin eggplant; cut into 1/2-inch circles.
    Beat eggs; dip eggplant into eggs, then bread crumbs.
    Brown in oil; drain on paper towels.
    In baking dish, layer sauce first; eggplant; sauce; sprinkle with grated cheese, then Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat until all eggplant is used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
