Liverwurst Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 lb. liverwurst
1/2 lb. fresh white mushrooms, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
3 Tbsp. minced green onions
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Let cream cheese and liverwurst warm to room temperature in mixing bowl.
Saute mushrooms in butter until lightly brown. While warm, add all ingredients to cheese and liverwurst.
Mix thoroughly and put into containers and refrigerate.
Will keep weeks or can freeze.
