Cajun Lamburgers(Serves Four) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground lamb
2 small green onions
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of black pepper
6 to 8 green olives
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation

Chop small green onions and green olives.
Place in a 2-quart mixing bowl.
Add ground lamb.
Crush garlic clove and add to mixture.
Add eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, Louisiana hot sauce and a dash of black pepper; mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
More bread crumbs can be added if mixture is too moist and sticks to your hands.
Make meat into patties of desired size.
Cook on grill until desired doneness.
Serve with Cajun Ketchup, if desired.
