Brussels Sprouts Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Brussels sprouts
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 stick butter or margarine
1 bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Boil sprouts in about 1 cup of water until tender.
Cool and cut.
Put flour and butter in double boiler and stir with a wire whisk until smooth. Gradually add water from sprouts and dissolved bouillon.
Stir constantly.
Add sprouts.
