Mushroom-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 to 3 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. milk
    1 c. long grain rice
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento or add 1/2 c. chopped red pepper with green pepper above
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    In skillet, saute celery, onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter until tender.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients, except parsley.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes longer.
