Vallie'S Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 c. milk
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. frozen coconut
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating as you add.
    Add other ingredients alternately.
    Mix and beat about 5 minutes with electric mixer.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake, starting in cold oven, at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
    Frost with your favorite frosting, if desired.
