"Sister Lint" Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    4 eggs
    8 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 to 5 ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Grease 3 (2 pound) coffee cans. Pour mix into them.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Now you can freeze in cans and use later.
    You can use 3 small loaf pans if you prefer.
