Sweet Sour Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 strips bacon
    1 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. green bean liquid
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 c. canned green beans (save 3/4 c. liquid)
Preparation
    Brown bacon until crisp.
    Wrap in paper towel and set aside. Brown the minced onion in the bacon fat and add flour.
    In a large saucepan, heat the bean liquid until boils.
    Add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Stir in the green beans.
    Pour into serving dish and sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
    Serve.
