Chafing Dish Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. flour
    barbecue sauce (your favorite)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except last 2.
    Form into tiny balls 1/2-inch in diameter.
    Flatten slightly to resemble hamburgers. Roll lightly in flour.
    Fry in hot fat.
    Place in chafing dish and mix with warm barbecue sauce.
    Serve with miniature buns.
    Makes 25 to 30.
