Ethan'S Favorite Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 Tbsp. peanut butter

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until it is mixed up well (you may need to use your hands).
Roll out on waxed paper to about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread peanut butter on top of cream cheese mixture.
Roll up into a log.
Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour and then slice into 1/2 inch pieces.
