Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breasts
4 to 6 oz. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Cool Whip
chopped celery
pecans
Mandarin oranges or nectarines
red or green grapes (seedless)
Preparation

Bake chicken breasts at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Saute pecans in butter on medium-low heat.
After chicken is cooked, coat with mayonnaise and Cool Whip.
Add celery, pecans, chopped fruit and grapes.
Mix well and chill several hours before serving.
