Raisin Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Place in saucepan in order given, heat until butter is melted. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
    Beat the egg whites with 3 tablespoons sugar, place on top of pie and bake at 325\u00b0 until brown.
