Chicken Salad Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. chopped chicken
    1/4 c. chopped almonds
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. cream, whipped
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup broth.
    Heat remaining broth to boiling.
    Stir in softened gelatin until dissolved. Chill until thick and syrupy. Combine with rest of the ingredients.
    Stir in whipped cream last.
    Pour into 6-cup mold until firm.
    Garnish with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
