Sweet-Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. 4 oz. can pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 carrot, cut into thin strips (1/4 x 2-inches)
    1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Slowly brown pork in small amount of hot oil.
    Add chicken broth and simmer until meat is tender.
    Drain pineapple.
    Mix juice from pineapple, cornstarch, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add onion and carrot strips to pork.
    Cook over low heat until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Add sauce and stir well.
    Stir in pineapple chunks.
    Serve over hot rice.
