Low Cholesterol Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Spread half of the mixture over one-half of batter that has been placed in greased pan, then the rest of batter and remainder of topping.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    I double this recipe to fit 9 x 13-inch pan.
