Ortego Pepper Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans whole green chilies
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. flour
    salt
    Mozzarella cheese slices
    sharp cheese
Preparation
    Put peppers (veined and seeded) into 9 x 12-inch cake pan. Cover with Mozzarella cheese slices.
    Pour egg mixture over peppers.
    Grate sharp cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
