Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 diced green pepper
1 diced onion
1 lb. can cooked kidney beans
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. red pepper, crushed
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
dash of clove powder
Preparation

Brown meat in heavy pan.
Reduce heat and add green peppers, onion, kidney beans and tomatoes.
Simmer and add seasonings. Cook 1/2 hour until thick.
Serve with grated Monterey Jack cheese.
